If the tree is owned by citizen, permission is granted for cutting of branches in 3 days. If the tree is of corporation and there is complaint about branches the branch cutting is done generally in 7 days. If there is need of cutting the tree for construction or residential building, permission is given in 7 days after site visit. If the commercial construction Rs.500/-are charged for permission to the tree. If the tree is cut without permission, Rs.100/- for residential construction and Rs.500/- for commercial construction are taken extra as tree authority found.
If citizen demand tree pot for function rent of Rs.3 per pot with deposit of Rs.20 are to be paid.The pots are provided 2 days after the demand payment.

NOTE :- If the cutting is required for new construction, the application should be accompany copies of ownership with property card and construction permission, and Xerox copy of approved construction plan with making of trees to be cut .
